Information Literacy, in our era, is very significant and crucial. We are in the information age in which everybody consumes product through information. In line with this, each of us must be equipped with knowledge and skills to be literate to use information. Our use of information can affect everyone around us that is why we must be studying information literacy. Lastly, others need to learn to use information just as much they need information themselves. To create information isn’t enough. We must learn to use it responsibly and share it with others, and we must share this lesson too.

Knowledge paved the way for the evolution of society. Information becomes knowledge in what way? Information is objective while knowledge is subjective. When a person is able to absorb, retain, and apply the information he received, that information becomes knowledge. This relationship could be compared to a raw agricultural product, which represents information, being processed into preserved food, which represents knowledge.
